I have been doing photography, just nothing I can share. I've been working as a newborn photographer at two different hospitals, and all the photographs I take belong to the company (and the clients).
So I feel as though I've been neglecting this space... I know I've been neglecting my art, and I tell myself it's because I do so much for the job that I am completely tapped out when I get to be home. Or because I don't have this or that piece of equipment.

Hello all! It's been a busy semester. I'll be uploading from my Illuminance series, the project I conceived and bore for Senior Portfolio. It's basically fashion with gels, but there's a trick to it. You can see what I mean when you look at the book, available to view in a neat flash application here. (Don't buy it... unless you feel the need.) The titles will come as I upload here, so don't expect them to a) make sense or b) have anything to do with the project.
As for after I graduate, who knows what I'll create. I've been writing more - as evidenced by not only the poem I finally committed to paper after four years, but spurts of stories

Time has passed, indeed! It's almost the end of the semester, and the year. I've been incredibly busy, but I've improved by leaps and bounds, and I've also started gathering the courage I know I'll need in the coming years.
Things that have happened since the last entry:
* I now have a studio name: Fleeting Thought Photography. Maybe someday I'll list you some of the outtakes.
